The City of Valdosta Is Searching for Santa Claus

Casting Call Scheduled for Monday, August 17th

VALDOSTA, Ga. – Calling All Santas! Do you have the holiday spirit, a great “Ho, Ho, Ho,” and love bringing smiles to families? The City of Valdosta is looking for their official Kris Kringle for this year’s Valdosta Christmas Parade and Jingle Bells Festival!

This is a paid position that entails 3 days of work during the Christmas holidays. Anyone who’s ever dreamed of becoming Jolly Old Saint Nick, or knows someone who would be perfect for the role, is invited to participate.

Spread the word, tag your favorite Santa Claus, and show up for the casting call at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, August 17th, at Valdosta City Hall Annex, 300 North Lee Street in Valdosta. And remember, no Grinches allowed!
