Divorce rates have been steadily declining over the past four decades in the U.S., but still in 2023 about one-third of Americans who have ever been married had experienced a divorce, according to Pew Research Center. Experts say the emotional and mental toll it can take can be similar to mourning a death. In today’s Health Minute, Mandy Gaither talks to a psychologist about how to get through the grief of divorce.
