INCENDIARY DEVICE ATTACK AT NYC FEDERAL BUILDING (930pE)

A man was taken into custody on suspicion of throwing an incendiary device and setting a fire Monday morning outside a federal building in New York City. Three civilians also suffered minor injuries in the incident, the New York Fire Department said without describing the injuries.
