The Albany Symphony Orchestra Celebrates America Saturday

ALBANY, Ga. – The Albany Symphony Orchestra (ASO) salutes Memorial Day with an outdoor concert on the banks of the Flint at Veterans Park Amphitheatre. This Saturday at 6:30 p.m., the ASO presents American Voice: An Outdoor Patriotic Memorial Day Concert. Attendees will enjoy a traditional outdoor Memorial Day concert including the patriotic favorites American Salute, Victory at Sea, favorite marches, God Bless America, & an Armed Forces Salute.
The ASO offers a diverse range of concerts and events that cater to all ages and musical tastes. From their thrilling seasonal performances to special themed concerts like the “Symphonic Spooktacular” and “Peppermint Pops,” the ASO provides unforgettable experiences that celebrate both classical and contemporary music.
The concert is free to the general public and there will be plenty of free parking at the Albany Civic Center parking lot across the street as well. This event is a great way to spend quality time with the family and pay respects to the fallen service members who paid the ultimate price for our freedom. Veterans Park Amphitheatre is located at 100 West Oglethorpe Boulevard in Albany.
