Disco the Night Away at Children’s Health Care in Atlanta

This past Friday evening, patients at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Arthur M. Blank Hospital were treated to a groovy night of dancing, food, and fun at a Disco the Night Away prom held in The Zone, an activity center within the hospital where kids can be kids.

This event was open to teen patients and their guests. More than 100 teens attended and enjoyed music, dancing under the disco ball, photo opportunities, and coming together with other patients for a fun celebration.

A glam room was set up in Seacrest Studios, a state-of-the-art broadcast studio for patients, where volunteers did patient’s nails and makeup before the prom kicked off. Children’s also provided dresses and suit jackets to current inpatients who needed them.
