Ocmulgee Wild Hog Festival Expected to Attract Thousands
ABBEVILLE, Ga. – Get wild when the 35TH Annual Ocmulgee Wild Hog Festival lets loose in Abbeville this Saturday. Everyone is invited to attend this unique family-friendly celebration, and after months of hard work and preparation, Wilcox County is prepared to welcome the world. Festival goers are expected from miles around, and organizers are confident this will be one of the largest turnouts ever.
The Wild Hog Festival is a unique occurance that everybody should experience at least once. There will be mouth-watering food, live music all day, dog running, the baying competition, and lots to do for the kids: from carnival rides to putt-putt golf, and Gellyball. There will even be a petting zoo and pony rides. Several venders will also be on site, so last minute Mother’s Day gifts will be available as well.
