Fridays on the Flint Returns May 1st
ALBANY, Ga. – Fridays on the Flint is back and celebrating the start of summer on May Day. Albany’s favorite street party returns this Friday night starting at 6 P.M. at Veterans Park Amphitheatre, 100 West Oglethorpe Boulevard.
The event will feature delicious food, arts and crafts vendors, exhibits, family-friendly fun, and fantastic live music when Stephen Harrell and the Dusty Boots Band hit the stage. While there, attendees can treat themselves to a craft beer and wine tasting.
Organizers say there’s something for everyone at this month’s gathering. Admission is free, so come on out and bring your family and friends. There will be plenty of free parking available across the street at the Albany Civic Center.
The theme for this month’s Fridays on the Flint is Summer Nights, and the festivities are sponsored by Phoebe Health and Flint Community Bank.
