Making Strides for Multiple Sclerosis to host 2026 Awareness Walk in Albany March 21

ALBANY, Ga. – A community event later this month will bring people together in Albany to raise awareness and show support for those living with Multiple Sclerosis.

The 2026 Making Strides for MS Awareness Walk is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, from 9 a.m. to noon at The Veranda, located at 2701 Meredyth Drive. The family-friendly gathering will feature a community walk along with food, live music, vendors, prizes, and a Zumba fitness session led by Vicky.

Organizers say the event is designed to bring together people living with MS, as well as their families, friends, and supporters from across the community. The walk aims to raise public awareness about the condition while building connections and support networks for those affected.

The event is hosted by Making Strides for Multiple Sclerosis, a local organization founded by Annette Robinson. There is no registration fee to participate, and attendees can sign up for the walk, order T-shirts, or register as vendors online.
