Downtown Moultrie Second Saturday to feature Easter egg hunts, food trucks, and sidewalk sales March 14
MOULTRIE, Ga. — Families are invited to celebrate spring during Second Saturday in Downtown Moultrie this weekend, featuring Easter-themed fun, shopping, and food.
The event will take place Saturday, March 14, with activities centered around Courthouse Square. Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny will be available for photos and family fun from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Children can also take part in several Easter egg hunts, organized by age group:
11 a.m. — Ages 0–3
11:20 a.m. — Ages 4–7
11:45 a.m. — Ages 8–12
12 p.m. — All ages
In addition to the egg hunts, visitors can explore sidewalk sales at downtown shops, many of which will open at 10 a.m.
Several downtown restaurants and drink spots will also be open throughout the day, including Bandwagon Brewing Company, Moultrie Billiard Parlor, Hometown Nutrition, West Coast Vegan Grill, Three Crazy Bakers, The Barbeque Pit, Rancho Grande, The Speakeasy on Main, RT’s Sports Bar & Grill, Rocco’s Ristorante at the Theatre, Hometown Bar & Grill, Canela, and Beans & Strings.
Food trucks will also be on site from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., offering a variety of options including Stabo’s Bar.B.Q., The Shack Junkie Fries, West Coast Vegan Grill, D&L’s BBQ, Sandwiches and More, Taste Conch Fritters, Tortilleria La Oaxaqueña, and Frost Bitez.
Organizers encourage families to come downtown to shop, dine, and enjoy a full day of springtime fun.
