Youth Art Month Exhibit opens at Gallery 41 in Cordele
CORDELE, Ga. — The community is invited to celebrate the creativity of local students during a special Youth Art Month showcase in downtown Cordele this week.
The Crisp County School System will host a drop-in gallery viewing on Wednesday, March 11, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Gallery 41, located at 302 North 7th Street.
The exhibit will feature artwork created by students from across the district, including Crisp County Primary School, Crisp County Elementary School, Crisp County Middle School, and Crisp County High School. School officials say the show highlights the hard work and creativity students have developed throughout the school year.
Community members are encouraged to stop by and support the young artists while viewing the wide variety of student-created pieces on display.
For those unable to attend the Wednesday evening viewing, the gallery will also be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through the end of the month, giving visitors additional opportunities to experience the exhibit.
