Police in Vancouver, Washington, responding to shooting at an apartment building

Police in the southern Washington city of Vancouver are responding to a shooting at an apartment building, the department said on its verified Twitter account.

“Avoid the area. More information will be released once it’s available. The investigation is still active,” police tweeted.
