Sex offender sought by Lee deputies

Goldinger also wanted in Dougherty County for active warrants

LEESBURG, GA – Late Friday morning, Lee County Sheriff deputies alerted the community to a registered sex offender who reportedly isn’t where he’s supposed to be.

Detectives with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office say they are seeking to arrest Benjamin “BJ” Goldinger on active warrants they have as well as warrants from neighboring Dougherty County for Goldinger.

Goldinger is described as a 34 year old white male, standing 6 foot tall and approximately 190 pounds.

Lee deputies say as a registered sex offender, Goldinger can’t be located at his previously disclosed address.
