Albany teen arrested for murder

ALBANY, GA- The Albany Police Department arrests an 18 year old murder suspect in connection to the fatal shooting of Malik Ford 9 days ago.

Albany detectives have arrested and charged Munir Salim Flood with murder, aggravated assault with a firearm and possessing a firearm while in commission of a crime.

Flood is accused of the May 13th murder of 20 year old Malik Ford in the 500 block of Hickory Lane.

Investigators have yet to offer a possible motive in the slaying but add they expect to make additional arrests in the case.
