Wanted person arrested in East Albany

ALBANY, Ga. – Logan Avera, who according to the Dougherty County Jail webite is awaiting trial on 2nd degree burglary charges, gang related activity and conspiracy to commit a crime, was arrested Sunday in East Albany by Dougherty County Police. She also faces charges of probation violation as well as other unlisted charges.

Avera was reported as wanted for the violation of probation charge, and was believed to have been in the company of Johnny Leming, who is also wanted by Dougherty County Police.

Leming is still missing. Police ask that anyone having knowledge of his whereabouts contact the Lee County Sheriff’s Department at 229-759-6012.
