Tift County adds two new deputies

TIFTON, Ga. — Tift County Sheriff Gene Scarbrough announced the swearing-in of two new deputies today. Deputy Dewayne Gardner is just beginning his law enforcement career while Deputy Robert Owens comes to the Sheriff’s Department from the Tift County Jail, where he worked as a jailer.
