Law enforcement makes drug bust

Saturday, Americus Police and Deputies with the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office seized marijuana, amphetamines and prescription pills at a residence located in the 300 block of Howard St in Americus.

Howard St in Americus.

Chasmon Deon Smith, age 35 and Jeremy Rashad Fletcher, age 31, both of Americus have been charged with multiple counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Distribute.
