RAW: DC: HOUSE RULES CMTE GAVELS IN/REOPENING GOVT

The House Rules Committee meets to consider the Senate-passed package to reopen the government. This is the first hurdle the amended legislation will have to clear in order for GOP leadership to set up floor votes for Wednesday.
